Last weekend I made my first trip to Seattle armed with a list of bars and restaurants to try. Canon was one of our first stops and it turned out to be a highlight of the trip. I don’t know Seattle very well but late at night it appeared to be this little hole in the wall bar tucked away on a tiny street. I could have stayed all night. The drinks were fantastic and I contemplated eating a second dinner because the food sounded so good. I’ll just have to go back for that. Filament bulbs, leather booths, and entire walls of liquor created the perfect intimate atmosphere. Even the bathrooms were cool…that’s always a good sign.
